What courier service do you use?
We use Courier Guy and Fastway. Shipping costs are calculated at your checkout depending on the size and location of your order to be delivered.
Orders in JHB are charged as per below:
- Flyer bag: R110
- Box: R165
Orders interprovincial (OUTSIDE OF JHB) are charged as per below:
- Flyer bag: R125
- Box: R180

Where are you located?
We are located at 22 Hardekool Street, Sundowner, Randburg in Johnanesburg - but please note we only offer visits to our Boutique and order collections by appointment only! Check the "collection" tab or "boutique visit" tab to learn more.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Yes! We have a boutique in Sundowner randburg that you and a friend can visit. We do need you to book an appointment as we can only fit 2 people in per hour

Do you buy clothes I bought from Shein that don’t fit? Or can I swop something I bought myself from SHEIN with what you have on your website?
No I don’t, but definitely try sell them on YAGA or Facebook.
