Refund policy
Effective May 2025
The Shopping Queen does not offer refunds or store credit under any circumstances.
Exchanges are permitted within seven calendar days of purchase, provided that the item is unworn, unused and returned in its original condition with all tags intact.
Sale items are strictly non returnable, non exchangeable and non refundable.
Customers must select a replacement item at the time of exchange. No credit may be retained or carried forward for future use.
All courier costs related to exchanges are for the customer’s account. This includes the cost of collecting the returned item and delivering the replacement item. Customers may contact The Shopping Queen via WhatsApp on 064 515 5721 to confirm applicable courier fees before proceeding.
Customers who return items in person at our boutique may exchange their item without incurring courier charges, subject to the conditions above.
