The Shopping Queen is a South African online fashion retailer. We curate and resell fashion products to customers across South Africa.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual item received due to screen display variations.

4. PRICING

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are final.

5. ORDERS & PAYMENT

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Shopping Queen is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Key terms include:

  • No refunds or store credit under any circumstances
  • Exchanges permitted within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, subject to conditions
  • Sale items and items of a personal nature are strictly non-exchangeable
  • Customers who received an incorrect sized item via courier are entitled to one (1) complimentary PUDO collection and return for size-related exchanges

8. DISCLAIMER REGARDING THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS

The Shopping Queen does not own, operate, represent or have any affiliation with Shein or any of its subsidiaries or associated entities.

The Shopping Queen acts solely as a reseller where applicable and accepts no responsibility or liability for any manufacturing defects, quality issues or faults arising from products originating from third-party suppliers, including Shein. Any such items are purchased at the customer's own discretion.
