Shipping policy

The Shopping Queen uses independent third party courier service providers to deliver orders.

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, The Shopping Queen is no longer in control of the delivery process. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, operational disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.

The Shopping Queen cannot be held liable for delays, loss, damage or delivery issues that occur after the order has been collected by the courier. Any delivery related claims, including delays, damage or lost parcels, must be raised with the courier service provider responsible for the delivery.

Where applicable, shipments may be insured by the courier. Claims for insured parcels will be handled in accordance with the courier company’s terms and conditions and claims process.

The Shopping Queen will, where reasonably possible, assist customers in communicating with the courier to resolve delivery issues, however responsibility for the delivery remains with the courier once the order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. The Shopping Queen will not be responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
